チャールズ・ダンス（Charles Dance, OBE、 1946年10月10日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優・映画監督。

ウスターシャー州レディッチ出身。俳優になる前はグラフィック・デザイナーだった。ロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーの舞台などに立った後、1981年に映画デビューし、イギリス映画のみならずハリウッドでも活躍した。

2004年、『ラヴェンダーの咲く庭で』で映画監督・脚本家としてデビューした。

2006年に大英帝国勲章を授与された。
